Matthew Goldsbrough
Matthew Goldsbrough, our associate in the United Kingdom, founded Goldsbrough Consulting in 2003, having held vice-presidential roles in marketing and business development with software companies in Europe and the USA, as well as earlier roles managing product development, consulting and training.
Having been part of several fast-growing companies, in all stages from start-up to maturity, he wanted to bring the lessons he has learned to the work he does with his clients.
Matthew repeatedly sees how business owners and managers find it difficult to build consensus about what needs to be done, and to develop the focused energy their teams need to achieve the company's goals. He believes the approach he takes, and the techniques he uses, are the best way to remove those difficulties. His clients seem to agree.
Matthew says: “It’s hugely enjoyable to see our clients achieving more than they thought they were capable of. The best business relationships are based on mutual respect and great results: that's what we seek to achieve with our clients."
